We have concentrated our C3 efforts on the creation of innovative, user-friendly, eco-friendly, oxide/phosphate ceramic cement formulas and products that represent more than eight years of independent research and development. This has culminated in our premier product, CeramXshield™. Our initial laboratory test results indicate this versatile, patent pending, cement/concrete radiation shielding product may well revolutionize the shielding of electromagnetic and microwave energies, as well as medical X-ray’s. C3 will continue to dedicate our efforts to the research and development of innovative ceramic cement products, designed to replace as well as improve portland cement and other epoxy bonding systems in a variety of building, construction and industrial applications.

| C3's mission is to research and develop different oxide/phosphate ceramic cement formulations and market them under various product names including 'CeramiCement', CeramiShield, 'CeramiPatch', CeramiFoam, 'CeramiProtect', 'CeramiTile', 'CeramiCast', and 'CeramiRepair Kits'. This is being done across multiple industries, on performance-based exclusive and/or non-exclusive licensing agreements and/or joint venture agreements, by application and territory, and/or project-by-project, to certified companies. |

| Ceramic Cement Corporation was formed in 2005 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Co-Operations, Inc. (Co-Op), as a continuation of Co-Op’s previous research in this specific field of ceramic cements. C3 now represents a group of diverse expertise dedicated to the research and development of innovative, environmentally sound products. The C3 Board of Directors will continue to develop commercial applications for our innovative ceramic cement formulas. |
