The Ceramic Cement Corporation (C3), Cerako (http://www.cerako.co.kr) and CeraTech Inc. (http://www.ceratechinc.com) have recently formed the Ceramic Cement Alliance (CCA). The industry certified, eco-friendly Ceramic cement solutions our alliance provides include high performance Ceramic concrete admixtures specifically designed to repair & replace Portland concrete problems, provide durable radiation shielding applications, and color-fast decorative counter top/tile products. We are also developing a unique lightweight ceramic aggregate material (see Products page).
Along with our immediately available Ceramic cement products we recently provided the University of Washington's Materials Science Lab with a proprietary concrete formula we call InkCrete, which appears to be a distinctly superior 3D printing material (see 12/27/11 Seattle Times article http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/businesstechnology/2017076177_3dprinting27.html).
We have also entered into discussions with the United States Dept. of Agriculture regarding our EarthCycle research, which is dedicated to recycling local waste stream phosphates into significantly less expensive Ceramic cement, while also providing communities with numerous other useful raw materials, clean water and sustainable biofuel-based energy.
CeraTech's ASTM certified products currently repair, strengthen and reinforce existing Portland concrete structures. This unique, quick return to service concrete repair value is verified by 10-years of use by the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers and numerous DOT State Road Depts.
CeramXshield (CXS) was specifically developed to attenuate the known electromagnetic spectrum. CXS has been scientifically tested and ASTM cedrtified at the Heath Physics Northwest Laboratories to be a unique replacement for lead in shielding x-ray emissions. Further testing at Idaho National Labs is expected to verify that CXS concrete provides versatile, high strength, leach proof shielding/storage solutions for nuclear waste.
Good News: The Russian Federation has granted CXS full patent rights, retroactive to Dec. 2006.
