The Ceramic Cement Corporation (C3) and S. Korean company Cerako (http://www.cerako.co.kr) have formed a strategic joint venture alliance. The advanced, industry certified, Ceramic cement products we provide include high performance road/bridge/infrastructure repair blends, color-fast decorative blends, and lead-free radiation shielding concretes.
We also endorse and represent the ASTM certified concrete products offered by CeraTech, Inc. (http//www.ceratechinc.com). The quality and value of CeraTech concrete is verified by 10-years use by the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers & 30 State DOT's.
Along with our available Ceramic cement products we continue to research & develop new product & technology adaptations including;
1. InkCrete- a cementitious material we have developed for 3D printing, which we are currently analazing in cooperation with the University of Washington's Materials Science Lab (see 12/27/11 Seattle Times article http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/businesstechnology/2017076177_3dprinting27.html)
2. AerRock - a uniquely useful lightweight ceramic aggregate material that doubles as a superior cellular concrete aggregate as well as an advanced nutrient delivery system for home grown and community based hydroponic food production (see Products).
3. EarthCycle Technologies - this project, which includes collaboration with Idaho National Labs, the United States Dept. of Agriculture, the University of Maryland, and several private corporations, is dedicated to recycling local waste streams into toxic-free raw materials, clean water and biofuel.
CeramXshield (CXS) was specifically developed to attenuate the known electromagnetic spectrum. CXS has been scientifically tested and ASTM certified at the Heath Physics Northwest Laboratories to be a unique replacement for lead in shielding x-ray emissions. Further testing at Idaho National Labs is expected to verify that CXS concrete provides versatile, high strength, leach proof shielding/storage solutions for nuclear shielding, containment and waste.
Good News: The Russian Federation has granted CXS full patent rights, retroactive to Dec. 2006.
